To simplify the process we need two completed important regulatory documents the Customer Privacy Notice and Our Mortgage and Insurance Services & Costs back in with your mortgage adviser:
Customer Privacy Notice: This document details your rights regarding your data and how to contact us. You can e-sign this document, date it, and receive a copy via email.
Our Mortgage and Insurance Services & Costs: Mswitch Ltd, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under number 940195, is committed to transparency. We will ensure you are informed about our broker fee in advance through the European standardisation information sheet. We provide mortgage advice tailored to your needs and offer guidance on non-investment protection and general insurance. Our fees are clearly outlined upfront, and we prioritise your interests. You can e-sign this document, date it, and receive a copy via email.
Mortgage Questionnaire: Next, you'll complete a Mortgage Questionnaire with our mortgage advisor over the phone. This will be scheduled with our mortgage adviser to be completed once we have received the signed Customer Privacy Notice and Our Mortgage and Insurance Services & Costs documents.
